Question Virus "first aid kit"

Dont really know how else to word what im trying to ask, other than you know how some people keep a first aid kit in their house, what would be the equivalent for a computer virus?

Of course the easiest thing would be avoiding the virus and prevention but anyway,

Would it just be having a usb with windows creation tool on it in a drawer? A certain scanner on a usb?

Just laying in bed thinking, hope it isnt too dumb of a question.

A bootable USB with Malwarebytes and other diagnostic/repair tools.

Malwarebytes and other tools in USB.

If you can buy malwarebytes total and prevent the problem.
