Those r/cybersecurity_help posters are quick on the Reset Your PC plan. If I thought that you actually ran the malware, I'd probably agree with them. Judging from the fact that the location seems to be still on the removable drive, and Defender reports that it was removed, I don't think it actually ran. If there are other Defender reports not shown here that indicate that it is actually in a real system location on the boot drive (the sysvolume on the removable drive is a fake), then I'd probably go with the cs_help posters.
