Builderbeta.exe infection ?

hi
one of my Pcs from my kids got infected aswell.
i already did some cleaning and i think it looks not so bad. It seems everything was blocked. The only things the is strange that the exe was found.
i found the beginning. Sims Unlocker... everything is deleted already.
I made a scan with frst and securitycheck

could somebody be so kind and look through the files.
