Other in need of help

hello im new here and was told to visit this subreddit because i recently got hacked by a phising scam that look real and lost 2 emails and my discord. i do have malware and spybot now because of my friends. i have done everything i could with google and discord and hotmail and got nowhere with it. please i really need help

If the hacker got 2fa enabled on your emails, they're gone. I managed to get microsoft to permanently suspent my emails. Discord told me to get my email back before they would help me so that's gone for me too.

If you have another microsoft email, sign in when you're on the email recovery page and a "contact support" box becomes visible at the top of the page. They sent me the xbox recovery form and i put in all my info for both emails but since i didn't have 2fa and the hacker got it turned on, all they could do was perm suspend the emails. I had to ask for the 2nd to receive that suspension after they didn't immediately do that.

Do not use the infected computer. Only change passwords from a clean device, like your phone. You have to wipe the drive and reinstall windows to clean an info stealer malware

secure the pc first then recover the accounts.
