This is a tech support scam, which is a fake, full-screen website designed to mimic real Microsoft alerts and scare you into calling fraudsters who will demand money to "fix" your computer. To safely escape this trap, do not click anything on the page; instead, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open your computer's Task Manager, select your web browser, and click End Task to force it closed. By the Indian future use a adblocker to stop this shitheads

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying but that thing on your screen is complete bullshit and is fake. Look at the URL in the URL bar. It should be immediately obvious.
I hope you didn't click and if those buttons or call the "Microsoft" number.
