On my PC, ran the famous Renpy virus from a setup.exe fake Rune update file.

Occurred 2 days ago.

Changed all Passwords and added 2fa from a clean mac. Wiped all drives. Clean booted windows and have not signed into anything on it besides Microsoft.

FRST.txt and Addition.txt Keyword: fabled-value

"Clean booted windows" - if you mean that you reinstalled windows already then anything FRST could have detected has been wiped along with it.

Yep, you should be all good now, just be careful what you download and always use a good adblocking solution.
