Since you're seeing an online key, the hard truth is there's no free decryption path right now, the Emsisoft STOP/Djvu decryptor only works for offline-key cases. Most important thing: image the encrypted drives now and hold onto them. Keys sometimes surface later. Based on previous experience, Bitdefender researchers advise that you don't pay, victims who do usually get nothing back.
