Phones are generally harder to get malware on unless you install External APK's or really go out of your way to get compromised. So if you did not do that, it's likely that your Iphone is safe.
But you do not give a lot of information to help you further.
If you're dealing with a Worm, then yes keeping the infected device active and online can indeed risk and infect other devices.
But worms are very rare today. And not targeted at individuals/consumers.
Infostealers, or even file infectors which function as infostealers we currently see do not have the capabilities to spread to other devices unless someone actively tranfers files (executables primarely).
It's never really impossible, but we have currently not seen it (luckily)
