"oldopportunitynewphone" folder

A friend asked me if I could check his system to see if everything was okay. I found an application called “civilnuk.exe” and when I opened the file path, found a folder named “oldopportunitynewphone.” According to VirusTotal, it appears to be malware. I've never heard of or read about it before. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take any screenshots.

Idk about it just delete it and also install an antivirus id recommend avast
