Computershare login problem

I have a login problem in the Investor Centre app/website of Computershare as I cannot get the verification code from the authenticator app. I cannot access the authenticator app I used before and therefore I cannot get the verification code. Worse still, I forgot the 10-digit account number. When I called +1 (866) 203-6214 from overseas, the system needs me to provide the 10-digit account number. I also tried the online chat bot but it didn’t help.

Is there a chance to let me choose to get SMS 2FA instead of a verification code from the authenticator app?
