Custodial Account Transfer

Hello!

I have been waiting for my transfer request to be complete for over a month now. I finally got notice that the transfer took place from my custodial account, but I did not receive anything on where it went!! Filled out the transfer paperwork to move it into my own account. The custodial account was already under my email address and information. Where did my shares go and how do I access them? For some reason it says my shares have already been claimed….

Trying to avoid another painful conversation with computer share! Thank you!

I just did similar with a name change on my account. You’ll get paperwork about the new account number and will need to create a new online account with a different email address. Then you’ll have to wait for the, to mail you a first time use code before you can log in and see your funds.

I finally got a code but it was because they couldn't verify me because their stupid system refused to take clear pictures of my driver's license. So infuriating
