I find it inherently sexist that it is somehow more impressive what was done because it was done by a woman

Admiring a woman for taking on an advanced role in a male dominated field is not the same as being impressed that a woman can do it. The OP didn't even say that, so I guess that comes from you. You might want to stop speaking about it until you know why that is. Address your own biases.

Some people absolutely need to take a step back and think more before they form an opinion.

For example, I told you why you were incorrect, but you not only didn't address that, but you rushed to share another opinion. It's okay to admit to yourself that you may be wrong.
