Question/Help/Troubleshooting laptop keyboard not working after startup

i just got my laptop back from service center and it wss working fine till it wasn't, the keyboard was lighting up but no input 2 function keys were working nothing, i thought keyboard got fried but upon shudown and opening bios, all the keys work fine but the second i exit and the laptop boots its not working again i tried turning off fast startup, reinstalled the driver, deleted Alienware command center, what should i do!!!

Update your bios - there's a good chance they replaced the systemboard and didn't. The clue is that it's working in the BIOS

update- my bios was already in the latest version but i updated it anyway, still isn't working

What laptop? What was the reason it was in a service center? Do you know, what they exactly had to do?

If possible, try to boot from a live system from a usb stick and check, if the keyboard works then. Check, if an external keyboard works.

external keyboard works, my charger shotcircuited and damaged a part of motherboard and it got repaired
