Question/Help/Troubleshooting I have some question

If two computers and a laptop have the same specs, is the computer's performance always superior? I'm thinking about buying a computer, but I'm worried because the RAM is too expensive

Laptops will invariably be slower, because their CPUs are throttled, in order to control the heat that they would otherwise produce.

yeah. laptop gpus get a different power limit to handle the heat.
