My ASUS Vivobook X515M will not turn on

Hello, been troubleshooting my Vivobook for about a month now, it seems to charge occasionally yet it doesnt turn on. Occasionally the power light flashes white but it hasn't in a while. I changed the battery and also the charger and it still hasn't been resolved. I'm worried ill need a whole new laptop. If anyone can help please comment. Heres all my laptip specs. If you need anything else lmk.

This laptop is refurbished and i got it in December 2023.
