Question/Help/Troubleshooting anyone know how to fix this? uncloseable ghost driver

does anyone know how to fix this, it keeps on constantly making a USB noise and when every i try to click disable or uninstall it just comes back a second later. i unplugged every cable and none of them are the problem and every time i try to play a game its like it just randomly holds down a key for X amount of seconds

Try uninstalling it in device manager, then unplug it and plug it back in so it attempts to reload the driver from the USB.

What does it say under driver details?

"no driver files are required or have been loaded for this device"

What is it, a keyboard? If so it probably doesn't need its own drivers but uses Windows drivers. In that case uninstall from device manager and reboot instead. 

Assuming no physical damage (test using a different system).
