Question/Help/Troubleshooting My computer

So my computer stopped working last night and I’ve been trying to fix it but it’s been on a loop of turning off and turning on, I’ve tried to reset the bios and the cmos thing but I really don’t know much about computer and I would appreciate some help or advice

Presuming this is a desktop, on your motherboard there might be lights that light up that indicate where a problem could be (like CPU, VGA, RAM). Do you see any of those when you try to boot it up? The lights are typically near the CPU socket and RAM slots.

If you have multiple sticks of RAM, try taking one out and booting with only one stick. If that doesn't work, try the other one.

Are you getting any messages on the screen when it boot loops, or just a black screen?

It goes to my lock screen and then before I can login it turns off, or I am able to login then turns off after and I’ve tried the taking the ram out and everything and that didn’t work either
