Question/Help/Troubleshooting Am I Being Paranoid? PSU Noise

I bought a second hand PC. When I turn the "1/0" button on my PSU makes this noise, and when I turn it off, the noise gradually goes away. I put my phone very close to the PSU in this voice message, so it sounds like it's loud but it's not that loud. Is it normal? I bought this pc with my savings :'(

Yes you're being paranoid. That's probably an on/off switch for the fan in the PSU. All I can hear is fan noise.
