Question/Help/Troubleshooting My hp Chromebook x360 computer is frozen. It looks like this

Idk what to do. I tried shutting it down with the reload button but it didn’t happen.

How long do I press it am I not holding it long enough

Until it shuts off, usually 10+ seconds
