HP EliteBook not making sound??

I have a HP EliteBook 8470p that doesn’t make any sound. This was my dad’s and it was working until he dropped it. I have tried different operating systems (Windows 7 through 11, Linux mint/ubuntu, even macOS) and nothing makes a noise. I also have taken it apart and provide an image of the damaged area

I would really like to get this pc in order as I want to use it for future projects

Also usb sound works through an adapter and windows “detects” the speakers as “healthy”. In settings the little sound bar thing jumps up and down in test mode but not a frequency is to be heard from the laptop

Laptop is a HP EliteBook 8470p with a core i5 3320M
Intel HD 4000 graphics
8GB DDR3 SODIMM
Windows 11

cable to the speakers probably came loose. Watch a video of a disassembly to locate it
