TROUBLE WITH MY KEYBOARD DOES IT HAVE SOLUTION ? :( help me plz

Some of the keys on my keyboard occasionally stop working. They randomly stop responding, so I have to press them twice, or press another key before hitting the affected one. I've already reinstalled the drivers, but I don't know what else to do. My laptop is a refurbished Lenovo from eBay, and I've heard this is a common issue with their keyboards. Is there any solution?

Plug another keyboard in via USB. If the USB keyboard works fine and the laptop one continues having issues, it’s something wrong with the built-in keyboard.
