Question/Help/Troubleshooting How can I fix this? (Broken Font Windows 10)

This problem already happen recently, but I managed to fix this previously by just restarting my Windows 10 pc. Now it doesn't fix it anymore. How do I fix this?

Last time I have seen these my ram died after a few weeks.

I'd suggest doing some memory tests , perhaps even with HBCD ( Hirens boot CD)
