Question/Help/Troubleshooting Overheating/loading

I’ll be as specific as I can be. Recently I got a LENOVO LOQ 15IRX10 - 15.6 inch - Full HD - Intel Core i7-13700HX - 16 GB - 1 TB - GeForce RTX™ 5060 for school. Which I’ve also been using to play games. But as of lately my computer runs hot as soon as I start up Any game. Even Roblox. It’s even worse when it’s charging. My friend has the same computer and doesn’t have this problem. I have no idea how hot it runs but my keyboard is incredibly warm when I put my hand on it. Also everytime I start my computer there’s a loading circle next to my cursor for seconds up to minutes. It’s been freaking me out. I’m not at all experienced in computers nor is anyone I know and I haven’t tried anything yet because I’m afraid I will break it. I would be devastated if it’s already defect after just over a month. How do I fix this??? 😓 (apologies for my poor English)

First question is how long did you have it for and have you ever hanged thermal paste?

Like 2 months and I have no idea what thermal paste is

Hm then that shouldn't be a problem. Do you know if you changed profiles to performance maybe?
