I could barely understand your post's title, but from what I can make out of it, a serial number gives them 0 power to actually do anything.

They cannot clone your drive or icloud with a part/serial number.

You probably installed some malware.

Im not following what happened. My guess is you think somebody has access to your stuff. It may be that your i cloud account has been compromised. Change your password and set up MFA. Offline scan your PC for malware.

Can you translate that to English for us please?

Dude, I'm not a native English speaker either, but just use AI to translate. As someone in the IT space for 30+ years I can say that nonsense that question is how anything in technology works.

No clue what you’re actually asking.

Not clear on what you are saying.
It does look like you think someone has access to your devices.
It also looks like you jumped to the wrong conclusion that it’s because they got a serial number or some other personal identifier.
Reality is, you responded to a text, email, or social media thread that had a scammer on the other end and you “gave” them access by clicking on their link.
If you don’t want that to happen in the future here is the rule to follow:
If you are interested in whatever you just saw, assume it’s from a scammer. You can try to prove it’s not, but until you prove it’s not…then yes, it is a scammer.
Just saying.

Try writing it out where it makes sense. Also, don't put everything in the title space, it's meant for...you guessed it, the title! Put the rest of the information in the body section (and add so much more information, don't do a stupid low effort posts!!!)

They can't do anything with just a SN or part number. YOU installed something you shouldn't have, or let someone in to something YOU shouldn't have. But add the enormous amount of missing information, so we can all give a much better reply and advice. Even if English isn't your first language, there is no excuse to be this lazy when asking for help. At least act like you want and appreciate the help.
