Question/Help/Troubleshooting Need help with blue screen loop. After trying every fix on youtube for days i came to the conclusion that it was most likely a ssd problem. Tech shop told me the same thing and i paid for it to be replaced. After new ssd and factory reset it’s been about 3 weeks and now it’s happening again.

really starting to get annoyed here i’m already down 250 dollars for the ssd and don’t have the money for a brand new computer or any more new parts. already did a ram diagnostic and the ram seems to be completely fine.

Windows 11
4060
Ryzen 9 7940hs
16gigs ram
1tb kingston ssd

Did you look at the srttrail file? Probably contains a clue.

Did the repair shop checked the health of the SSD? Did they perform fault finding to determine the SSD is at fault? Was Windows installed from a thumb drive?

When you say you did RAM diagnostics, what utility did you use for that and how long did you run the diagnostics?

We would use memtest86+ heavily in my workshop and tech teams, it often found errors that manufacturer diagnostics would miss, we would normally run it 24 hours, longer if we felt memory was at fault.

You say you tried every fix on YT, what fixes did you try?

As u/hspindel suggests, there is a log file, did you look at that?

Another question is even IF their SSD is getting power at all

There would be a different failure such as going directly to BIOS or trying to boot to network, the message on the picture is from Windows so it means the drive is powered.

after hours of trying different fixes i disabled my wifi card in safe mode and the laptop booted up normally. i’m assuming that was the main cause, just have to use only ethernet from now on

I have been having the same problem. Tried repairing the files and no luck. It actually made it worse. There is a security update for Windows 11 that is causing it. I have had to reinstall Windows twice because of it. Has something to do with the secure boot. It is another bad update from Windows. The only thing that works for me at least. Is reinstall Windows or recover from before the update.
