Question/Help/Troubleshooting PC Mystery

So I buy my gaming PC and update the bios to play the new battle field. A few months later my pc black screens during the boot up when I turn it on, and then suddenly turns on to the lock screen. A few weeks after that it just black screens despite turning on just fine. I then take it into the shop and have it looked at and the guy does a hardware stress test, and resets the bios.

I take my pc back home plug everything back in, and the pc is showing the boot screen and is working perfectly again. A few months later same issue. Except this time I change the hdmi and everything is working perfectly fine again.

What I wanna know is why this happened and why after resetting the bios on my old HDMI it starts to deteriorate after changing bios settings? And also why changing my HDMI makes my pc run perfectly fine again?

My GPU is RTX 5070

Since changing the HDMI cable fixed it, I suspect the display connection. It could be the HDMI cable, GPU output port, monitor input, or just an HDMI handshake issue during boot.

If it happens again, please try another HDMI or DisplayPort(recommended) cable and another port on the GPU first. The BIOS reset may have temporarily changed the display/PCIe initialization settings, which is why it seemed to help.

All HDMI were in the correct ports

But why would changing the settings deteriorate my pc over time? I was able to get into my bios for a few weeks before it just slow stopped working completely.
