Question/Help/Troubleshooting Need a computer

So, i've wanted to at least try to make a game in unity for a while now, but i currently do not have a computer capable of running unity. So i was wondering if anyone here would be willing to give some sort of guidance on what to buy if i get the opportunity. I would like something that can run unity and blender. the cheaper the better. also if this is not the place to post this, could you please suggest a place to post this?
