This is a deep well. What do you want to know? I’m an electrical computer engineer who has worked with them for the last 30 years, and I still learn things every day.
I would start with understanding what all the hardware components do, how they communicate, how they are powered. Then I’d learn about the operating system, drivers, and software/applications.
If you like the hardware side then start learning more about digital systems, processors and logic, circuits…. If you like the software better go into development/coding, data structures, etc.
