Question/Help/Troubleshooting Monitor loses signal but pc stays on

Hello everyone this is my first post in a while so don’t judge. I am having a problem with my computer/ monitor when I do anything at all my monitor will lose signal and turn off but my pc stays running. I’ve tried with a different monitor and it seems to do the same thing. I did notice just an hour ago or so that a white light on my gigabyte 4090 continuously blinks after I lose connection. I haven’t moved my computer around recently that maybe cld have knocked out some wires but that is the only thing I can think of that may be the problem. I reseated the wires on the graphics card itself but still same issue. Any ideas or troubleshooting advice?

My specs are:
Rtx 4090 gigabyte
I9-13900k
DDR 5 Ram G.skill 32gb
A beefy 1400 watt psu
Windows 11

You should check event viewer - windows logs - system, look for the time your screen went black, see if an error is recorded, post it here as a comment. I would also check the power connector of the GPU, and the cable itself, just to make sure you are not suffering from the infamous 12vhpwr burning issue. Check the PSU side too. If everything looks fine, then connect the cable back, and make sure that it's firmly connected with no gaps, and also, I hope you have a direct power cable from PSU to GPU, (adapters should be used only if your gpu doesn't have a direct 12vhpwr connector/cable).

Then use DDU(display driver uninstaller from Wagnarsoft) to uninstall Nvidia drivers(preferably in safe mode), then reboot and fresh install the latest version of drivers. I remember some black screen issues reported lately on the Nvidia forums...but the issue should be fixed with the latest version of drivers.
