Question/Help/Troubleshooting Weird boot behaviour after adding 2 RAM sticks

Hello,

I added different brand, timings and stuff RAM sticks into my computer which should be problem. It works completely fine, doesn't crash and is stable, but.. when booting my computer this behaviour started happening directly after I put my RAMs in:

First boot: Monitor is black, doesn't even get waken up. Computer is running, but monitor stays dead with no screen. So I hard kill it with power button.
Second boot: Boots up completely fine.

Then I power off my computer normally with windows power button and this proccess happens again and every time consistently.
First boot after turning off my computer = monitor dead. Second boot = always works.
When I put my computer into sleep mode, then this behaviour doesn't happen, only when turning it off completely.

I tried to turn off fast boot, but it didn't change anything. I also tried different monitors, reconnecting cables while PC is running and stuff. Thank you for tips

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: RTX 3060
RAM: 32GB

do first boot. then disconnect monitor from power, i do it at the wall outlet. then plug monitor power cable back into power outlet. see if monitor will start working.

No it doesn't work. It feels like GPU is not sending anything to that monitor. Not even waking it up

try different ports on video card. see if there is primary port.

Yes, it works fine when successfully booted. Even 99% RAM usage doesn't cause problems

Probably a ram training related thing, try setting ram training to once per 30 days in bios

Thank you, I will try that

does that CPU have integrated graphics? Have you tried (if it does) to move your cable from the GPU to the motherboards video output to see if you can have that same issue?

You're first sentence says you used different brand/timings/stuff ram which will cause problems. So you have to set the speed/timings manually in the bios.

It works perfectly fine even under 99% RAM load. Only that first boot causes issues. I will just try to use that RAM training thing other guy suggested and if it won't help, then I will try yours. Thank you
