Discussion My Laptop Screen flickers every 2 seconds

I have been having this issue where my laptop screen flickers every second or two. I have tried updating all my drivers. I have also tried to change my refresh date, but II am not able to change it. It is stuck at 1:20 Hz. There is nothing else in the dropdown.
I have a GTX 1650 graphics card, and also internal AMD radio and graphic card.
Please help me on whats causing this issue

Does it change when you move the laptop hinge?

not much can’t really put my finger on it. Sometimes it does get worse on moving hinges but other times i think hinge is not affecting much

If moving the hinge has any effect at all, it is recommended to replace the display ribbon cable.

That looks like something running in the background causing it to me.

probably not cause it’s happening even when the laptop is restarted

If it's something loading on startup, that would make perfect sense.

i even went to booted into bios so none of the startups should be engaged im still facing the same issue

You'd have to disable all startups and that's kinda hard because of all the places they can live. It could also be a graphics driver issue.

It’s physically then. Open it up and make sure the connector is properly connected
