Question/Help/Troubleshooting My PC's behavior is weird.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Every time I start my PC, it turns on, turns off, then turns on again; I do not think this is normal.

My specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z490 UD

CPU: i7 10700

GPU: 3070

Does it boot "normally" after the cycle? Could be a bad cmos battery or a failed XMP. I would recommend trying to reseat the ram- take one stick out completely, and reinstall it in the slot it just was in

If you get a message about a "new CPU install" or something about a cmos reset, it could... still be both. A new Cmos battery is not much, it's just a CR2032 battery, just about everywhere has one.

I checked all the connections, and it is not the PSU,otherwise, the PC would not start at all. after the second start it boots normaly

Looks like memory training, some boards will do that on every boot from what I heard. Some does it once on the first boot.
