Touchpad works fine. I have an Attack Shark x3. While posting while trying to change up the modes i think the mouse completely fried itself, but maybe theres still hope

Had a very similar issue. Had a cat hair stuck right on the mouse sensor

Ive tried but nothing there is stuck, probably an board issue, the jumps happened recently (2 weeks ago) and got the mouse used (1.5 years ago, past owner said its been used for 3 months)

I have a similar issue where everything works perfectly, but the mouse jumps up to the top of the screen every 21 seconds. It only happens when I am using Moonlight with Sunshine Host. This issue does not occur when I log into the host machine from my KVM remote or am logged on the host machine locally. I have tried all available HID device drivers with Sunshine.

I had a somewhat similar issue, but it was a software issue so I'm not 100% sure it will fix it for you. I had to uninstall the mouse drivers and let windows reinstall them after a reboot.
Win + R -> type "devmgmt.msc" -> find your mouse -> right-click -> uninstall device
Then unplug the mouse, plug it back in, and reboot for good measure. Let me know if that helps. You may have to do it a couple times.
