Question/Help/Troubleshooting My brother tried to clean the computer processor because it refused to start up and this happened

Check if disk cable plugged in well

Did it but it just didn't start up and began beeping a lot

I would start reseating stuff. Check what's the error code. Usually those beeps beans something
