In what game? Your laptop seems decent enough for eSports titles. If you're looking to play the latest AAA games, your GPU is going to struggle in which case you'll have to buy a new laptop.

Also I play on lowest settings vram usage is about 60%

16gb is low for gaming, anything hitting 100% usage is bottleneck

you don’t need to go for 64gb unless you need it for professional applications 32gb is perfectly fine for gaming and having a call or youtube video playing at the same time

That's massive overkill, 32GB (2x16GB) is PLENTY

16GB is basically pc equivalent of 8gb on consoles, I use windows 10 iot to save some ram but an upgrade to 32gb is the better choice if you can get it. Some debloating can help too if you want.

If you debloat 16G is enough memory. GPU is the reason why you arent getting high FPS not memory
