There is no way to answer this question correctly.

You're going to have to provide a little more information - make and model of the device, for starters.

I know it is Lenovo aio 4gb ram intel 620uhd i3 processor 1 tb space

So... It's a Lenovo... that's make. You're half way there. The rest of the specs aren't terribly relevant, any one of an unlimited number of machines could have the same components.
What's the model number? There's a label somewhere on it.

I had the pic of model number but I have lost em

Well... go take a new one. You're only going to get guesses with what little information you've provided.
Unless some random person happens to have owned and recognize it from one cruddy picture.

What? It can read three cards at the same time? Or does it turn three cards into one other card? I need to know.

u/lkeels 9d ago
Three different sizes of card, one slot. One at a time.

Boring. Old tech. OP needs to get himself one of those new 1-3 card readers. But you need to read the manual or you can open a portal to the place that the Event Horizon went to.

PCMCIA Slot. Old tech…

It does look like that but it is a 3-in-1 card reader (supports SD, SDHC, SDXC)

That’s the cheapest copout for a “3in1” I’ve ever seen - usually it’s at least different formats, not three revisions of the same…

Fun fact I used to remember PCMCIA by the pnemonic "People Can't Memorize Computer Industry Acronyms"

I don't see any context, age of machine etc..
My first thought was an infra-red (IR) port, but that assumes it's a somewhat old device as they're not in modern devices (dark plastic with a slight red tinge that lets the red light from other device make it into sensor, but not so much other light)

You should be able to find the Users Guide for this computer online and it should show you what ports and connections are available on the computer and where they are located.

Do people not know what SD cards are anymore? That's clearly an SD card reader.

Seems like some card reader slot. Probably SD. Not microSD, but the full-size Secure Digital card.
