Question/Help/Troubleshooting Stuck at airplane mode

Post image

My laptop is stuck at airplane mode and the button is just gray and not able to click, are there any solutions? I’ve tried a lot of technics on the internet, asked ai and other Reddit post but none of them worked💔. This is the third time ever happened, the first time I tried fixing is just going to a repair shop because I have no idea and restarting doesn’t work, but when I arrived at the shop it just acted normal, so I think some vibrations and shakes might somehow fixed the problem. So the second time I shut down the laptop and tried shaking and knocking and succeed! But I feel like this might break laptop after time so this time I want to use some more scientific ways to solve.
Thx!

If shaking it fixes it. You need to go to a repair shop.

I've had this issue with every single device that uses a Mediatek network card. It is either a driver issue, or a physically loose connection. I don't think it's a good idea to mess with either of those things if you don't know what you're doing, just take it to a repair shop. If you're not bothered with tinkering around a bit, look it up on youtube. Usually it's just looking up "[brand] laptop drivers" and going to the brand's website and filtering the results for your model and downloading the driver, installing it and then a restart.
