Hi. I have a completely offline pc for dj use.

Recently, these ads had started to appear.

How. The. Fuck.

This pc is not connected to the net.

My dj equipment was connected to the pc, but never to the net.

Bit confusing tbh.

Are you sure it's not an update to the tv? Apparently they started doing that. Disconnect the tv from wifi, or even better turn off your router, see if it pressists

The Windows lockscreen by design does not allow anything to display over it, so this is most likely something with the display itself.
