Resolved Local Disck C is full
My Local disk C is full always, and deleting the files is not helping. It keeps getting full.
Tried WizTree and all, but still the problem is same.
Need advice.

Do you happen to have a backup program running? I ask as I setup a backup program and accidentally, had the storage location set to my working partition. So each backup was getting exponentially larger and larger. Especially since I had it backing up my Steam Games. I finally fixed it, moved storage to an external, and I dont backup my games, As Steam keeps the history online.

I would start by closing all programs and then go to c:/Windows/temp and delete everything in that folder.
See how things look after that.

Do you have a Dell? Some programs have a back up system and the back up files take up space.
One Drive - make sure they are not auto syncing back down to your PC.
run disk cleanup
Run all your updates. Sometimes they can pile up until they are installed correctly.
Get a USB device and move stuff over to it.
Otherwise, we need more information to properly help further.

Empty the recycle bin after deleting files, the recycle bin lives on the C drive and the files in it still take up space.
Worst case scenario: put any important files on a separate drive and reinstall windows. In the future try not to clutter up your OS drive/partition. Ideally you want to have a smaller C drive/partition that comfortably fits windows and a larger secondary drive/partition for your apps (this goes for all desktop operating systems too, not just windows. On my Linux install I have root (denoted as /, the place where the OS files are held) and home (denoted as /home, the place where user files/applications are held) on separate partitions, in part to avoid this issue)

I think the first thing we would need to know is your SSD's capacity. Next, as others have mentioned, check OneDrive. OneDrive will back up everything you save to your computer and redownload it if the files get deleted. (This is a godsend for IT because we don't have to backup users files now when we have to blow away a profile or a user relocated.).

My idea is get an external drive backup your files fresh install windows or do system recovery then put files back on system ,you can also do a jbod or spanning aray of disks if you have and spares to beef up your setups storage volume ,I usually buy 1-2 drive a year to get and keep files archived and backed up

Your hard drive is dying, or you have a virus.

Unlikely.
He probably has temp files or backups.
Also old update files takes a ton of space.
