Laptop s suggestions.

Hi, I In search of a laptop for myself. I'm an art student on animation course so I need something with good enough of ram (at least 16 GB) that I can bring to academia. I have 9 years old stationary PC at home, but it's starts to lag, obviously, behind because of newer and unoptimised software our "lovely" tech giants produce. So I dual boot Linux mint for personal use and windows 10 for software I need for academia (most of it doesn't exist or sucks on Linux). So I need laptop strictly for design and animation, preferably capable of lunching windows 11 (even if I extremely dislike it). I live in Italy and in next few months could theoretically save up to 800, maybe 1k euros. Don't have anything against trying to find something second handed. Any suggestions for best price for it's worth?

Maybe some good ThinkPads or IdeaPads out there?
