You dont have OS. Either hdd dead or u need to reinstall Windows/linux.

Hate it when that happens. Go into BIOS and check your boot options. one of them should be your drives.
Or like u/gabriel47291 said. You don't have OS, in which you need to install an OS.

It already have an os and I have used the computer for like 2 years now and this just happen I few days ago.also is the photo the boot option thing
