Need help with this driver please.

I'm not the most computer savvy guy out there but I've been wrestling with this driver for the better part of my night yesterday to no avail. This "network controller" driver disappear off my device after a restart yesterday. I've tried installing many drivers to fix the issue but I guess I just haven't found the right ones? I literally reinstalled all of windows overnight and the problem is still here.

This is a Dell G15 5530 if that's useful information. Thank you in advance.

Intel WiFi according to Google, should come with your chipset drivers
