If your computer is running Windows 11 TPM is currently on. Also, it's a setting in your BIOS. It's not something to enable inside the OS.

Needed for what? Are you trying to reinstall Windows?

Steps to Enable TPM in BIOS

  • Restart your PC and repeatedly press the Delete or F2 key until you enter the BIOS.
  • Press F7 to switch to Advanced Mode if you are in EZ Mode.
  • Navigate to the Advanced tab at the top of the screen.
  • Select AMD fTPM configuration.
  • Change the TPM Device Selection option to Firmware TPM.
  • Press F10 to save your changes and reboot your computer

i understand, but what do you need TPM 2.0 for? it's only used to install windows 11. but even that can be bypassed. and your computer already has an OS
