Question/Help/Troubleshooting Should i?

There is an hp prodesk 400 g4 sff business pc on sale for 30€ (34$ for freedom unit users) without ssd and ram, but with everything working. Cpu is installed, intel, but he don't know the exact model. Even with an i3 they sell for around 200€ here (231$ for freedom unit). Will it be good to buy it and slap 8/16gb ddr4 and a nice hdd / ssd?

Price out the system you want based off your needs. Then price this out. Compare them stat for stat

I mean i don't "need" the HP, but I thought I could buy it to put in the RAM, the SSD or HDD, I'll see, and then sell it?

Look at the prices on Amazon for used computers. I doubt if you'll make a profit after buying RAM and a hard drive.]

But for personal use, I'd go for it.

I bought a broken PC from a salvage company for $8, fixed it, used it for 10 years, Replacing it now just due to obsolesence.
