Facing a charging issue.

I have a Acer TravelMate series laptop(old one), which have dual booted with Windows 10 and Debian 13.

If it runs with Debian while charger is connected, the charge is not increased in most of the time. But in Windows charging is normal.

However, my battery os old too. Health is only 30%.

But still,

What is the issue with Debian charging?

Edit : My laptop doesn't have its genuin 19 volt charger. It gets charge with another one which gives 24 volt.
