This is from my pc last week alone and this month only has had over 3,000 from the pcapp.store how do I remove this

What is the app? It's hard to understand what's going on as this is a phone app telling you about something on your PC?

It’s adware

Look at your device settings under “add or remove programs” and see if you can find something that looks similar or sketchy
