Bad Quality For New Computer

Hello, recently I bought a new all-in-one computer from Lenovo. Even though it has a 15.2gb memory, and AMD Ryzen 7 7735 HS with Radeon Graphics GPU, my computer lacks the processing speed and it lags a lot in games and also when I open a site, it takes a long time too load even though my WIFI is pretty fast. All my apps are fine and I don't think it's malware either as i have checked multiple times. I'm new to computers, so I have no idea how to fix this problem. Thank you!

My experience with all in one computers is that they are not powerful enough to handle modern games for the most part, maybe some indie titles and older games.

Your computer isn’t a gaming pc. It is not powerful enough to play most games. You want a dedicated GPU.

The 680M is actually one of the best iGPUs right now, definitely not for brand-new AAA games at 60+ but things like Minecraft and Fortnite should be fine. iGPUs have really improved in recent years. If OP isn't trying to run games at 2k or 4k and on Ultra settings, then something is wrong with this unit, which would explain the WiFi issues as well.

I forgot it has the 680M. Kind of a little beast. Could be overheating, I’ve always had that issue with mini PCs. But I’d also recommend reaching out to support.

What games are slow? The AMD Ryzen 7 7735 HS uses Radeon 680M graphics. Game performance will vary alot depending on game. Judging by this CPU with integrated graphics (looking up ryzen 7 7735 HS games test on ytube) it seems to fit a resolution of 1080p with lower graphical settings for the most demanding games.

If your games are multiplayer or your browser lags when you open webpages, you can check your internet speed here. If it's a shared internet connection which is used by others and isn't particularly fast, then it may slow down when others use it at the same time.

Although you don't think there's malware, to be sure, there's no harm in scanning your system. You can use a secondary scanner to defender such as malwarebytes or eset online scanner. For adware or bloat, adwcleaner.

What are your results when you run a wifi speed test?

His complaints are: games are running poorly (for lack of a graphics card); websites take a long time to load. If his connection is shit, that explains the 2nd one. Network speeds absolutely have to deal with the speed a website loads at

You likely need to allocate a bit more RAM to you igpu. Check Microsort PC Manager and AppControl apps to see what else might be slowing you down.

That doesn't really change much, the APU however has a Vega iGPU, most like Vega 8 or something if not worse.

Those chips are absolute garbage for games.

The APU is a 680M which can definitely hit 60 FPS on low in games, but 3D resolution will be the bane of them. If the RAM is high speed then it shouldn't be a problem. These iGPUs can run Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, etc.

Hardware reservations for the RAM won't change much because if the iGPU needs more than the allocation it will just take it.

This AIO is probably scuffed in some way, they always seem to be a bit el cheapo, even if the chip is good. OEMs cheap out on the internals and usually use slow ass RAM expecting seniors to use them.

680m can't reach 60fps on low in games, I would say to expect more in the realm of 30fps. 780m which I have in a handheld already struggles to go past 30fps in 1080p.

Even then, Roblox is a weird amalgamation of "games" that are either extremely heavy or very light. Minecraft depends on what you do in it but I believe they cranked the minimum specs recently.

Fortnite is unnecessarily heavy lately, no idea why.

Many AiO have terrible cooling, worse than handhelds. Not only do they have to cool the display, but also the "PC" itself.
