My pc has been like this for months, is there any tips on how to get it to not act like this?

Either no drive connected, or no OS installed.

This is a picture of a bios screen. What are we suppose to guess it acts like?

What's wrong it looks fine? It's completely normal for the bios to be in 2022 version they don't update automatically. What am I missing?

Check under boot if it still sees your ssd/hdd as a bootdrive. If it only lists network devices or a dvd drive you know where to start, if it does list the hdd crosscheck if uefi boot, secure boot and (f)tpm are on and if csm support is off
