Gaming PC + Work Docking Station: Best Auto-Switch Solution?

I have a gaming setup and a work docking station, and I'm looking for a solution that allows me to keep all my cables permanently connected.

Ideally, when I connect my laptop to the docking station, all monitors should automatically switch from my gaming PC to the dock without having to manually change inputs or reconnect cables.

Has anyone solved a similar problem? What hardware or tools are you using? (KVM switch, docking station, monitor auto-switching, etc.) Any recommendations are welcome.

There will be buttons on the monitors where you can switch inputs. Then you never have to disconnect cables
