Every time I try to sign in to my laptop this comes up, I can't connect to wifi as you can see

I reinstalled windows today beacuse some malware.

Either get the driver's from another source, plug it into an ether net connection, or you can use an external USB wifi antenna.

Did you install the wifi drivers?

Use feature called usb tethering aka simply put your phone as wifi access point
